What is the cancellation policy?
Single reservations can be cancelled online up to 24 hours in advance with no cost penalty. Private tour reservations can be cancelled online up to 72 hours in advance with a $20 cancellation fee.
If NMT has to cancel a tour, you will be reimbursed with no cost penalty.
When would NMT cancel a tour?
During extreme weather conditions as indicated by the National Weather Service, NMT will cancel a tour. This includes unsafe road conditions due to weather.
Due to the cost of operations there must be at least 2 guests booked for tour, or the tour maybe cancelled. You will be contacted if a tour is cancelled.
Are children allowed on the tour?
The tour is appropriate for older children, ages 10 and up.
How much walking is required?
You will be walking for 1.5 hours. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
How many murals can I expect to see?
The tour features at 8-12 murals.
Are reservations required in advance?
NMT’s calendar opens 60 days in advance. We cannot guarantee a tour unless a reservation is made in advance online. However if you would like to book a tour in under 24 hours just give us a call (615) 285-8429. We are happy to try and accommodate you.
Is this a walking tour?
